Last week, I attended the West Virginia Association for Justice Mid-Winter Seminar. The West Virginia Association for Justice represents plaintiffs attorneys and works to ensure that the legal system remains open and fair for West Virginians. The attorneys who comprise the WVAJ work to promote the rights and interests of consumers and employees against powerful corporate interests. I was inspired by the opportunity to meet with and learn from these advocates.
