Before attending law school, Kevin worked for Senator Jay Rockefeller and Congressman Nick Rahall. Kevin then followed in the footsteps of his grandfather, John W. <p>Kevin was born and raised in Beckley, West Virginia. A graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School, Kevin completed undergraduate degrees in Government and Computer Science from Wesleyan University before moving to Washington, DC. Before attending law school, Kevin worked for Senator Jay Rockefeller and Congressman Nick Rahall. Kevin then followed in the footsteps of his grandfather, John W. Baker, and attended American University Washington College of Law.</p>
<p>While in law school, Kevin worked for AARP’s Legal Counsel for the Elderly, the District of Columbia public schools, prominent labor law firm Bredhoff &amp; Kaiser, the United Mine Workers of America, and the Washington College of Law’s criminal defense clinic. After graduating magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, Kevin worked as a law clerk to The Honorable Joseph R. Goodwin, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.</p>
<p>Kevin currently serves as a committee member for the YWCA of Charleston’s Guys Night Out event supporting Sojourner’s Shelter.</p>

While earning degrees in Philosophy and Political Science at Saint Mary's College, Sarah became involved with the Center for Women's Intercultural Leadership, working with the local community to encourage women to view themselves as agents of social change.  Sarah remained active in women's rights throughout her law school career, working to protect victims of domestic violence at Break the Cycle and pursuing claims of employment discrimination on appeal at the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.  Sarah also served as the President of the Women's Law Association at the Washington College of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif.]]></description>

<p>Sarah is passionate about individual rights. <p>Sarah is also an extremely effective appellate attorney, having honed her research and writing skills as Editor in Chief of the Administrative Law Review and as a law clerk to The Honorable Martha Craig Daughtrey of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.</p>
<p>Sarah currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Saint Mary’s College Alumnae Association.</p>
